Very helpful bloke needed sum thing done he brought part and fitted it excellent dealer

This place is a absolute joke. My dad bought a car (vauxhall mokka) from you guys in december 2022, every time he came back within the warrenty the manager was never to be seen so was told he would ring each time and never did he. He traded his astra in to you, you offered him 900 and then made out it needed a new engine so only gave him 400 (bull) Nearly 6 grand for this car and hes had note but problems since having it. Hes spent a fortune more. Money he could do without spending because people like you are not genuine yet your a car dealer 😂 Hes just had to spend another 1200 on it. Im taking this further unless you get intouch asap so YOU can get this fixed or give him the money back hes paid for the car and take this car back. Im not leaving this. Not a chance in hell. If you was a decent person you would get this sorted. He loves the car but you have done him in proper.

The third car over the years we have had from the car lott and honestly I wouldn't go elsewhere. Never had a problem with any of them. What I really like about this place is there is no "hard sell" from the guys that work there. Never once felt pressured into committing to buying. Would recommend to absolutey anyone and will be back in a few years for a new one. Thank-you!

Just purchased another lovely car from The Car Lott, the only place I go to for my cars. Over the years I have purchased many cars from them and have always been very happy with them. Lovely local service, never pushy and always happy to accommodate whatever budget I am shopping with. I will not hesitate to return for another car for myself or my kids, now they are learning to drive.

First time leaving a review. Im very disappointed with this experience I wish I could undo the moment I bought this car. Within a day I had issues the engine was smoking up after driving it 15 miles from the garage.Thought buying a car from a dealer was a piece of mind but honestly this experience is awful and would say the worst thing is the fans didn't work and had a MAJOR oil leak and overheated leaving me to get the AA out twice this is utterly disappointing DO NOT BUY!

I bought a Ford Focus Estate in lovely condition, for a great price. My 'warranty' was a verbal agreement from Andy, that if anything went wrong with the car during the following month, I should bring it in. Within a week, a problem occurred with the central locking. I took the car back, which was fully repaired as promised, with no charge. I was nervous about letting my old car go, because it ran well, but looked a mess! Now I have a really smart vehicle, which also drives like a dream. Thanks Andy!

Just purchased a Astra for my son Ryan .. tbh we had looked at some really poor cars. Arrived to be greeted by friendly lads who couldn’t do enough to help. No pressure test drive out in our own for a good run. Came back did the deal with Andy and agreed the car would be delivered the following Tuesday with a full MOT. Here’s the kicker after doing the deal the car needed a few more bits doing to it that originally expected.. so Andy did these jobs at no extra cost !! How many garages would do that ?? These guys are great !! They don’t stock rubbish and their attention to detail is just brilliant.. Really good buying experience and it pays to give these local garages a chance .. The people who work there are great, they don't push you to buy,I bought my car from them last week,and I love it, nothing too much trouble for them,so helpful. Would I recommend them, definitely. Keep up the good work guys .
